Because the morons aren't opening up their state. Many of us other states are basically back open and most are back to work. Also our COVID numbers still look great and I often see many people not wearing masks. AND yes, this is in well populated areas/cities/states.
Last I heard, places like New York City had 16% unemployment.
So a lot of this is Democrat Shities dragging the numbers up.
