Our Trump crowds boo all of the time, like when GEOTUS mentions CNN, Hillary, etc. I think the Dems are scared that any booing during the speech will be used against them. They want to hear only clapping(beeping) and cheering.

I'm trying to make sense of this, and I imagine that sometimes boos can be misconstrued even within the immediate context. Like when that guy was questioning Joe, the crowd may have been booing the guy or they might have been booing Joe about the scandal. So I guess the event handlers just play it safe by telling the crowd not to ever boo anything.

That video is from last December but it has resurfaced recently. You can tell bc they’re not wearing masks or social distancing.
