My guess is you have to be registered independent to get one of these. My wife (independent) got one; I (R) didn't. I'm miffed too. Hmmm, now I'm finding it hard to find ourselves in that Trump donors site. Damn it, what's going on?!
I have not yet received one here in upstate NY. I am registered Independent. Maybe NY isn't something they are worrying about. I hate that about my state.
