It is not and will not stand. Count all the votes is what the democrats use to say..remember? It is our right to vote come rain or shine. Covid won't cut it.
They may redirect to other polling places, which would discourage many voters, but not trump train voters, possibly backfiring. Would also increase the chance of a viral outbreak, but, this has nothing to do with a virus.
This is how they force absentee ballots to count after election day, or at least argue for it.
