Now his mind is slowly succumbing to dementia. It's becoming more and more evident. At this point, by November 3, Biden will descend into baby babble. Something is going on with him. It's either because of the pressure of this campaign, or it's because Joe Biden realizes full and well that he cannot get away from his lifetime of criminal behavior. Under this intense pressure, Joe Biden's dementia is worsening badly, and his body is getting frailer and frailer.
