Just finished volunteering in my county as a lawyer for team trump at the canvassing board. Biden lawyers also present looked totally defeated as the early vote totals came in. Repubs up across the board. They kept crying about the signatures not matching on the VBM ballots that were returned and not counted. And most of these things weren't even close. Some with just a single squiggly line claiming to be the signature for someone that was completely readable just last year. The chairman at one point held one up and said, "Look for yourself, it's literally just an 'X' instead of Jim Smith" (names changed). He would just kinda shrug his shoulders and sit back down each time, lol. The salt was real today frens!

Definitely in some cases imo. Most of the VBMs sent in are not rejected (99% for me in my small county) because the signature matches the one on file. The board manually reviews all signatures that are rejected for not matching. This process is open to the public which is why I got to observe. Of those non matching signatures most weren’t found to be matching and the voter was contacted to update it.
This is an enormous help. And I spent 20 years in Florida and appreciate what you have to work with. Keep up the good work.

Assuming this isn't outright fraud, then why do Floridians have so many problems with their ballots? I still remember the nightmare of watching the lawyers watching over the hanging chad ballots. A lot of the people couldn't even poke their stylus through the ballot and they had to be thrown away.
It’s fraud. The only ways for Dems to win elections is fraud, carried through by low voter turnout due to suppressive media narratives.
Those type of ballots are long gone thank goodness. The procedure when a signature doesn’t match after review by the canvassing board is to notify the voter so they can come in and update their signature provided they have some form of ID. If they do this within a certain number of days the vote is opened and run through the machine to be counted.

And for you and the people there, is it clear that this is attempted voter fraud?
The only thing we look for is that the canvassing board is following the rules. If the signature doesn’t match after review, it’s set aside and the voter is notified immediately to come in and correct it. If they don’t, it doesn’t count. Determining large scale fraud is WAY above my pay grade. All us volunteers do is observe and report. :)

The fact that there are ballots coming in at ALL with those kinds of signatures should set all sorts of alarm bells off. Voter Fraud is a FELONY! Why arent those getting tracked down???
Up to the campaign to make that call. The board only reviews those VBMs that are initially flagged for a non matching signature on the envelope. This amounts to less than 1% of all VBMs returned. Of those 1%, most did not match and weren’t even close, but a few did. Peoples signatures can change over the years. I tell everyone update your signature if it’s changed or you’ve gotten married/divorced since last election and your name has changed. :)
Are these fraudulent ballots flagged? Get these people off the voter roles.

Out of curiosity, what signature do they match from / how aware are people that their sig is being checked for validity?
Not trying to poke holes, but afaik MO doesn't do that, so I'm kinda curious. If its based on the signature I give at the DMV, I'd be fucked since its done on one of those shit digital pads and is little more than just a wavy line just to be done with the DMV asap
