No. Don't kid yourself. Beverly hills has rich people that want to keep their money so they are conservative. Orange county the same. Then you have towns that are further away out in the poorest rural areas that are a bunch of hard core conservatives because they are pro-2nd etc. You keep seeing these rallys and think "yah Cali is in play" but what you don't get is that San Francisco, Los Angeles, and a bunch of other areas have large populations and are dedicated leftists. Hell we just had a rally down in Temecula, CA that is mostly red but BLM showed up to counter protest. Sorry, Cali has destroyed the ability to EVER go red again.
