Then I received it, again. I read it. I realized Jesus had walked with me before, without me realizing it. My heart began to open. Not long after that a life event endangered my family more than any circumstance ever has, and the Lord communicated to me the very date we would be lifted to safety. May 30, 2012. And we were. I need no more convincing. Everyone chooses whether they will embrace living like a feral creature or be a person of faith. Corruption guarantees someone has leverage on my candidate for black-male. Does it matter if your record of support on my pet issue is perfect up to this point if my candidate is being leveraged?
One thing that's hard to deny -- if there was any corruption with Trump, we'd know. No candidate has undergone the number of high-resolution rectal exams this man has had to suffer. I may not agree with him on everything, but I know what he's going to do with a certainty I don't think you could apply to any politician in my lifetime. Frankly, he's done such a solid job economically, I'm finding myself admitting I am/may additionally be wrong on some of the positions which we don't align. It's hard to argue with results ... time and time again.

Trump, and these times in general, have turned my fiancee and I towards God. We were never religious, but never really atheists, either. In my younger years (late high school, early college), I was kind of agnostic, and closer towards the atheist side and thinking there was probably no God, but I became more towards the "believing in God" side of the agnostic spectrum slowly, but still never committed, and against organized religion.
That's all changed the past few years, and it was especially surprising to hear my fiancee finally come around and say "I think we should start going to church." Of course, this all happens at a time when we are unable to go to church (because fuck the constitution and 1A, amirite?), so... yea.

As a Christian, it’s always been Good vs Evil. People have been letting evil win for too long.
