We couldn't be surprised if in 2 months those who ridiculed and shunned us still wouldn't admit we were right while they beg for our help in the midst of the chaos that will come NO MATTER WHO WINS. Hopefully we'll never need to make a decision on whether or not to give that help to someone who is not totally aligned in mindset with what needs to be done at that time and risk being compromised by such a person.
