The purpose of the Mueller investigation was to take back the house and to tie up the Trump administration for as long as they could. They were successful in doing that because nobody was going to stop them. This started a fake investigation based on fake evidence and used the FBI and other intelligence agencies to go along with their plan because they were mad Trump won in 2016.
