My dog was running low on medicine because of my vet fucking around with Chewy and not reauthorizing a long term medicine prescription, I guess they wanted me to retest but wouldn't call me about it. I called them, called Chewy, and ended up calling another vet in town. I was prepared to pay for another diagnostic blood test at the new vet to get the refill. Ended up they called the other vet, transferred the patient history and got me the refill the next day or so.
And that was when I still had about 2 days of medicine left.
This fucking loser didn't deserve a dog.
This was all on top of shipping delays due to Covid, so I had ordered extra medicine ahead of the refill date so I had some timing overlap.

(I was worried the mail would get delays due to sudden influx of things being shipped.) They said yes and dog got his meds. He also ended up dying a few months ago due, but at least he got the care he deserved.
