Can someone enlighten me. Are these actual numbers of people who already showed up or just registered? Also how can polling be so contrasting if these are actual turnout numbers so far? Are they banking on more gop voters voting biden? Or banking on more dems showing up on election day?

Already voted. Mail in and in person early voting.

There is a large chunk of independents here that could go either way, but at least Texas is safe.

Do you have the early voting numbers from 2016 handy to give it some context?

I would've expected early voting be much better for democrats due to the 117% chance that you'll die instantly from COVID-19 by voting in-person according to CNN and/or MSNBC.

Biden is lagging Hillary's early numbers almost everywhere, and definitely Florida.
