The FBI can be disbanded. It's mission is obsolete, as state & local police along with Defence intel can accomplish with skill everything the FBI tries to do & fails at. FBI literally creates crimes by having their assets incite criminal activity so they can justify their existence. They have only ever existed to cover up the illegal activities of government actors, blackmail enemies of the deep state, & collect blackmail info & intel on US citizens.
