Pretty much this. I'm not into them at all, never wanted one, and 99.99% of tattoos on women just look cheap and ugly. But if you want them, go on and get them. I've seen some beautiful work, but it's rare.

I mean, if a woman has a small one where it can be covered up for fancy dress occasions, it's fine, but sleeves, I just don't think it looks good on a woman.
