Yep. One of the nicest tattoos I ever saw on a woman was a very well drawn panda and bamboo on her shoulder - and the best part was, she planned it with her tattoo artist to use ink that made it very hard to see when she was tanned, in the summer. I saw it on some website years and years ago.
I'm OK with nice, pretty, well-done tats. It's just that 95% of women's tattoos are offensive, vulgar, cheap-looking, never finished, or a combination. I can't fathom putting crappy stuff permanently on my body.
