It's a small thing and I don't know if he ever mentioned it but did you all notice that during the height of the lockdowns he was looking pretty shaggy. He was obviously not getting a haircut because no one else could even though he undoubtedly had the means.
It would be different if he downplayed the laptop but he hasn't. Shows that he gives the truth no matter what. But he did go softer on Hunter's personal life because it's not relevant to the corruption.
