Here's one I found on reddit-

  1. You don't have freedom of speech/press over the internet! They only had quills and parchment. Congress can make laws about any religion that was founded after 1791. (Great day for Mormons or Scientologists)

  2. Citizens in 1791 could have exactly the same weapons the military had, so you can have whatever the military can have.

  3. Soldiers can be quartered in tiny houses, storage container houses, and houses made from any materials not available in 1791.

  4. (This one actually gets stronger) The only possible probable cause for a search/seizure are items/objects/activities which existed in 1791.

  5. You can be compelled to testify against yourself for anything that became a crime after 1791.

  6. You only have the right to a speedy trial in states and districts that existed in 1791.

  7. Doesn't really change- you have the right to a jury trial for matters exceeding $20.

  8. Excessive bail is now calculated in 1791 money. Bernie Madoff has to pay the immense sum of $10,000 for bail.

  9. Doesn't really change- rights not enumerated by the Constitution are not forfeited by the people.

  10. The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states that existed in 1791, are reserved to the states respectively that existed in 1791, or to the people.
