Racism is the assumption that one race is superior to another. Campaigning to specific voting blocks by race isn't racism, it's the acknowledgment of the reality that not everyone lives under the same circumstances or in the same places, and different issues appeal to different groups. Ironically, it's not possible to appeal to all Americans unless you use targeted messaging (when appropriate). Think of all the times that the GOP has addressed the seniors, an important voting block. Seniors have legitimate concerns that are different from younger people, it's the same with minorities.
If the GOP stays course with Trump, and the economy keeps expanding, eventually the economic and social differences between the races will become small enough that targeted appeals will no longer be necessary. For now it's necessary.
The Dems certainly never minded doing it. Yet another way the GOP has been cucked for too long.

Nope, we have constitutional open and concealed carry. If you want a gun you file a background check and you get it. That’s pretty much it. I definitely think Trump has a shot.
