The assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Was on April 4, 1968. Within minutes after the shooting of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., a local police officer discovered a Remington 30-06 rifle, several unused bullets, and other effects that belonged to James Earl Ray, wrapped inside a blanket, outside Canipe's Amusement store.
Edit the model pictured is the Remington Model 760s in .308 caliber. I wasn't disagreeing with op just pasted a quick search I did.
Just like when one of the hijacker's passports miraculously survived the 911 inferno hot enough to melt girders and not suspiciously at all landed on top of the rubble so it could be found right away.
What's even more suspicious about it is that even if the passport did somehow miraculously survive and miraculously land where it could be found, despite a whole fucking building landing on top of it, and if someone did find a passport in the rubble, what are the odds that despite all the chaos someone would run a check and discover that it belonged to someone on the plane and also know conclusively that this man was one of the hijackers. Absolutely bizarre and lends credence to a lot of conspiracy theories.
The guy who pleaded guilty was likely set up. I think MLK was killed by his former Marxist buddies. His son said that he doesn't believe that James Ray was the killer.

Very convenient.
Extremely

Funny story, but I didn't find out about 9-11 until about 10:30PM that night.
Of course, the very first thing I did when I got home was turn on the TV and they're talking about recovering the passports...

I remember we were about to have recess and our teacher told us terrorism happened in america
we were like: fuckoff and let us have recess
we were 6 years old, didnt know what terrorism or America even was lol
bush did 9/11
Is it though? I mean its gonna look pretty suspicious walking away with a rifle ?
Here’s an article verifying the FBI was using them.

I just did a quick search. Not disagreeing. That looked like a 410 shotgun to me but I just pasted my search results.
I guess yours was the Remington Model 760 in .308 caliber
No mine is in 30-06, the FBI started issuing them in 1965 in .308 and 30-06. I was just adding to your comment.
Oh OK understood! 🐸

Judge Joe Brown says MLK was killed by an M14 sniper variant. Really interesting interview.
