Today, I met an old timer (86 YO) who when the subject of the election came up said to me: I’ve been a democrat my entire life in this state (deep blue NE state) and have never ever voted for a Republican... until now. Biden is more senile than I am, he couldn’t possible run a lemonade stand little less the country. Needless to say, I was speechless and deeply pleased about the whole thing. That’s my MAGA story for today pedes.

Both of my parents are voting for a Republican for the first time ever. My dad has realized that the democrat party has passed him by. My mom still thinks democrats are JFK, and "for the working people"...... but when she thought she was dying of Covid (multiple underlying conditions) the gov of Michigan had just banned HCQ, but then Trump made the FDA approve it, and she said if she took and got better, she would vote for Trump. She was better like 4 days later.
