I have a friend in England and tonight we discussed the new lockdown. He legit thinks it's the people's fault because they didn't follow guidelines. There was a gathering of 700 people near him and the cops had to make arrests because people refused to disperse. He thinks they should have just listened.
He figures the politicians have a job to make sure the country runs, so they wouldn't lock down again unless they "HAVE to." He's 100% on the boat of "trust the government, they'll take care of you." It's creepy.
We don't get this to end by following directions. We make it end by refusing to.
