Hey guys, the last few months have been insane to say the least for me, ive been fighting the good fight for a long time, shitposting, talking to family and friends to try to get them to understand the political climate and how important it is to be informed. The shit thats online nowadays make the average person sick to there stomach if they dig deep enough. I havent been in a good place for a long time I could really use some advice, maybe get off the internet for a few days or something like that? I havent been sleeping very well at all, trying to keep up with half the shit thats posted on /pol, the mainstream media, tim pool and sargon of akkad will make anyone crazy, I cant imagine very many of you are sleeping very well either. Im praying that things will work out but im just so tired. Have a good rest of your nights pedes thank you for listening.

Unplug and vote on the 3rd. Then get back in the fight when you have the energy.

Relax pede. They wouldn't be so nervous if they were winning. They would be celebrating early.

It's overload, and taking a break would help. Lot of toxicity your consuming, and starting down pure evil.

But taking a break will be impossible for the next few days or weeks, so try to massively reduce, and take frequent breaks, especially from digital input.

I cant describe the shit ive seen on the fucking internet the last few weeks, just disgusting. I just want to forget, want to remeber that goodness exists. Like you guys are a good safe place for me. Nowhere else has been.

I had to disconnect from Facebook two weeks ago after a night of tears and stress. My husband told me to not take the Black Pill as pedes tell those guys to stop being retarded. I have also had to listen to a wider variety of podcasts to educational and historical and not just political. Also Tim Poole talking about Civil War wasn't good for my anxiety either. Yes the next few days are going to be rough I think.

Haha rest isn't an option, I get max maybe 1-3 hours of sleep a night, I work 12 hours days at a landscaping company. Havent felt this burnt out in a while

You can still keep up and get 8 hours of sleep.

You don't have to watch everything. Win, Gab, and /pol are my main news sources.

I think I am well informed even only by Win itself.

Do not neglect you, you cannot fight if you burn your candle at both ends.

Disconnect for a few days. If you are voting in person, just turn all this crap off, and go vote on Tuesday. If you've already voted, just turn all this crap off, and do something fun, away from the digital tethers which have you chained to the drama.

I'm canadian. If I could vote i would. If it matters ive been a trump supporter from the beginning and have been redpilling canadians and Americans for the last 4 and half years

I see. Well then, turn all this crap off, and give yourself some breathing room. We're being pummeled daily, with one thing right after another. Turning off the phone, staying off the net, and basically ignoring everything for a few days kinda breaks the pattern you've been caught up in, which it sounds like you need after 4 years of fighting the juggernaut.

Yeah man thats exactly what im doing might visit dot win a couple times its usually pretty tame here, I didn't go into work today because I couldn't breath, didn't know if its just anxiety or underlying health issue if anything it shows you gotta take it easy doing this kinda shit.

Pull the plug. Do something outside and avoid the news/media.

Thats all that I've been thinking about, didn't get to go fishing this season, gonna give ice fishing a try. I need to find something, im just so angry all the time.

This whole year has spun people on their heads. People are allowing themselves to get absorbed into a fear induced panic (from both sides of the isle) that might be useful in compelling them to act a certain way, it is ultimately destructive. Try this: instead of actually "forcing" a trip somewhere, give your imagination an opportunity to seek out something you really do want to do. A daydream, or meditation if you will.

You gotta take breaks. I've disconnected from much for a while because I NEED to focus on other parts of my life... Dealing with david brocks army is a fucking chore, specifically when the information you need has been shadow banned from the search engines.

As you come back in and try to balance, you can take a targeted approach, focus in on 1 subcategory, skip dealing with NPCs, waste of time. Just look for vulnerable centrists within that category that just need a little push in the right direction.

I agree, I never wanted to give up on people, but some people are so forgone the only thing that makes ME feel better is they are either paid off by someone or they just don't know the information which I try to provide but when people won't listen even with information that contradicts there opinion, its just so challenging.

For an NPC to break there has to be a life altering event they discover for themselves.

They MUST discover it for themselves so they can post about it on social media for brownie points. They gotta feel 'special' in order to come around.

I wish it wouldn't have to be that way, usually that gets dangerous or depressing, which leads to drug or alcohol use like me. Id like to think if everyone is presented with an option the majority will choose good, thats why moderators of reddit or 4chan get redpilled because they're not dumb even if we would like to belive it.

Well, the election is Tuesday night.

Im sure you've seen the massive Trump army out there right now on the nets fighting the good fight, you can always play support n take a load off. 2 more days to go, once we secure that win.. def take a deserved break, cuz we won.

I like to sit or lay still and just shut off my mind. No thoughts at all. It helps me detach.

Malahidael [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

I'll give that try, got work at 7. I'll do that before heading to bed, turn off tv, computer, phone. Maybe that'll help me sleep

Idk what kind of area you live in, city or rural. But what I do when I get like this is I go get myself a pint of whiskey, a good size juicy steak and pack up a tent and head out to the woods for the night. I cook up that steak over a campfire and put on my audio books and sip on that pint until I'm ready for bed. Something about being away from everyone and disconnected from the rest of the world and its just you and the forest is.... healing. Give it a try, its very relaxing. Plus campfire cooked steak is fuckin delicious, bring a pot and some water with you too so you can cook up some green beans or macaroni or whatever. Don't forget to bring your gun too.

That sounds amazing, if I were to explain my Situation to you. You would tell me the best thing for me would be to keep my head down ass up, in a few years ill have over 200 acres of land in my name but ill need money to build a house out there, like I said it seems crazy for a 22 year old to think about but I gotta make sure the right person get elected for my future and everyone else's.
