I've been having a great time with carnivore. I'm pretty lax about it myself. I actually eat LESS meat than I used to. However I completely cut out all plant foods. So my meal costs have dropped a lot.
I just eat what ever meat is cheap. I eat everything from port, bacon, sausages, even hot dogs when they are on sale. I eat a lot of eggs since they're so cheap. I also have dairy. Also no snacks or small meals.
I only eat at most once a day. This insures that I am almost always in a fasting state.
My ideal goal is to eat one meal every two or 3 days. And I intend to do this once I have children. Not only is it ultra healthy, even dishes and meal prep becomes much easier.
Think about eating 21 meals a week vs just 4. That's a ton of saved time and money.

That's gonna be a tore up asshole with no fiber
Fiber is non-essential, I haven't eaten fiber for over a year.
Plant foods are far less bio-availability, which means tons more waste. Without fiber that triggers bowl issues.
Since meat is so digestible, there is very little bowel movements needed. And very little poop.

A bit more in depth
But if you are eating bread/chips or what ever plant foods, you will need fiber.
