They think nothing about destroying jobs in the private sector. Yet, when they have to look for a job in the private sector, they all wig out and whine and cry. That right there should put to end any lies about how public service employees are underpaid, overworked and sacrifice super duper lucrative careers in the private sector. They scream like banshees if they are threatened with having to actually join us in the private sector.

It's because they're actually paid comfortable, livable wages, are hard to actually fire and therefore have a very secure job even if they do fuck-all

I worked in the Canadian gov't as a public servant. Their entitlement, arrogance, and ignorance of the private sector's reality can't be understated.
