How do I get one of those jobs?

You just apply like any other job. Find something that matches your skill stack and then apply. There is basically a job for everything in DC because our government is so unnecessarily massive.

Edit: they definitely will want you to have an education though. The elitists bureaucrats really look down on people who don’t have degrees.

That's all good. My degree in Applied Gender Studies & White Fragility will allow me to have a well paid government position as privilege checker and non-binary otherkin liaison.

At the far end of the Green Line there is always the DC wastewater treatment plant. Periodically, there is a need for water samplers.

Didn't he sign a EO requiring the government to hire based on skill and experience without requiring a degree? I think it was around July.

Let's give Ivanka some credit guys. Papa Trump made the EO thanks to her. When the swamp is drained and the jobs are open, what matters is your skill, not your degree.

I agree. But like is the case with so many white collar jobs, at least a 4 year degree is required for pretty much all of these openings.

Start with usajobs.gov

Be prepared to wait 6-12 months.

Would you like to know more?

I would actually, but I took a look at usajobs. Man, I'm just a blur collar guy, I don't think I'll be able to snag a government job in DC.

USAjobs.gov for the application. And Federalsoup.com for tips on the process.

usajobs dot gov is a good resource also another is just look for mil-contractors looking for civilian resources as well some might require certain clearance levels but I did a contract for the IRS years ago and had no issue, they just to an extensive background and you get fingerprinted.
