I assume alopecia. You can tell she has the Sharpie eyebrows too. Which, good for her being comfortable in her own skin. It’s probably her only laudable quality

Like I said, I’m just assuming, because it looks way too smooth for a shaved head. I would guess she would keep it short but not smooth if she was doing it to simply wear wigs.
