Does it ever occur to Democommies that wealthy individuals would be more likely to give, if their charity actually had results?

I never see a commy talk about personal responsibility and hard work because they know their cash flow would decrease, if less people needed less handouts.

Why do you think kamla put so many people in jail? Those people were a cash harvest. Reaching her quotas meant more money for her pockets. That is how commies think. The same can be said for keeping people poor in their ideas. Keep them poor, so theirs more opportunity to siphon off tax money.
