Haha I like that she used a white person and a black person. She will be very post-racial like Obama and his son. I agree with giving some groups more money, because unfortunately we don't have a choice. Unless we can get failing communities into the labor market, our country will not be able to compete globally, and we will end up paying for them anyways through rehab, police, and prisons, so it's better to invest upfront. I don't like how she said everyone should end up at the same place because that is impossible and it will only hold back the talented individuals who do the heavy lifting for society. That said, we should have progressive taxation spent efficiently and put back into society to see that everyone is going in the right direction. I think she meant to say that everyone should end up in the right direction. The problem is I don't trust her to put the right people in charge. I think she is duped by corporations to just keep saying the word "diversity" as cover for destroying the institutions that keep corporations from monopolizing society. The only thing that can fix the failing communities, ironically, is what she will destroy.
