Nigel should have always been chosen as the PM, not Boris. Boris is no better than the previous "Conservative" PM they had...the same "conservative" that gave orders to police not to pursue criminals on mopeds because it would put the criminals in danger. Boris was pushed because the Labour Party knew they couldn't win.
I knew Boris was gone when I heard him unironically talking about climate change.

Boris got brexit done like he promised, but COVID absolutely broke him. He got sick and fear shattered his principles. Trump got sick and stayed who he was.
Brit here - trust me, we only voted Boris in because we had no choice - it was this or 'people's vote' (reverse Brexit) and Diane '10 + 1 = raycis' Abbott as Home Secretary. UK pedes want Nigel in power, but that will never be allowed to happen. This was the least terrible choice at the time :(
