I like how the special assessment of $300 is just kind of tacked on after the threat of 65 years and $750K. Like someone will go "pssh! 65 ain't nuffin!". "but dude... Special assessment...". "oh crap u right!"
Those are usually the actual "cost," of the enforcement because they know they aren't ever going to recoup the actual penalty. Can't waive those.
