Nice char, looks tasty. Sometimes i use CharCrust,
Peter Luger’s steak sauce, roll in
peppercorn fragments for steak au poivre
or just good ol’ salt
and pepper. I try to use fresh or completely
defrost frozen.
I like prime grade and i can find it at a
good price in Costco or Fresh Market
We now also have Wegmans and they offer
dry aged beef as do other places. Im sure i
had dry aged in original peter luger i dont know what
i should be looking for or pay per pound.
Whadya put on top?
No sauce, as god intended
