The Emergency Alert System (EAS) is a national public warning system that REQUIRES radio and TV broadcasters, cable TV, wireless cable systems, satellite and wireline operators to provide the President with capability to address the American people within 10 minutes during a national emergency.
Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEAs) are short emergency messages from authorized federal, state, local, tribal and territorial public alerting authorities that can be broadcast from cell towers to any WEA‐enabled mobile device in a locally targeted area. Wireless providers primarily use cell broadcast technology for WEA message delivery. WEA is a partnership among FEMA, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and wireless providers to enhance public safety.
In other words if need be they can send a message to every freaking cellphone in the nation telling people to turn on their radios for instance, or just force MSM to display a presidential address to the nation relaying what's going on.
Of course this is just me hypothesizing, in order to use said systems I'm sure they have to have some grounds, but if the crazed commies do go into full rioting mode as they're threatening to do I'm willing to say that'll be reason enough to declare a national emergency.
Either way all you can do is your part, GO OUT AND VOTE!
If there's any kind of emergency alert from POTUS that says, "My fellow Americans, the storm is upon us," then prepare for possible communications/power blackouts if they aren't already happening.
I know many think that's a LARP, but that message was stated a long time ago. I actually feel better knowing it's there. Its purpose is to let us know that things are being handled, even if we can't see them.
