If there's any kind of emergency alert from POTUS that says, "My fellow Americans, the storm is upon us," then prepare for possible communications/power blackouts if they aren't already happening.

I know many think that's a LARP, but that message was stated a long time ago. I actually feel better knowing it's there. Its purpose is to let us know that things are being handled, even if we can't see them.
