Reddit front page right now is calling this the Taliban, and claiming Trump Caravans prove that complaints against Antifa were "just projection" for the things that Trump supporters are doing. The delusion is absolutely mental.
Ten years ago it would have been hard to imagine how people in the West could become so far-gone from reality. This is something you normally only see happen in far-left dictatorships where a small cabal of authoritarian oligarchs exert centralized control over the media.
Militant leftists, many professional rioters who travel between cities, wrecked urban neighborhoods for the better part of the year. They burned cities to the ground, looted, viciously beat everyone in their path, and even murdered people on the way. For months, leftists have wreaked havoc on American civil society, using terroristic threats of violence and causing damages totaling in the thousands of millions of dollars. And yet, so many people on Reddit are completely oblivious to the fundamentalism they're witnessing, supporting, or even participating in. Even those looting in the streets are only minimally aware of what is happening, if at all. These were never bright people, but we are approaching true zombie levels of awareness. This doesn't happen without conditioning.
These people who have been whistling and humming while their own cities were burned and looted by like-minded leftists took one look at a parade of people doing nothing but driving by waving flags and recoiled in primal fear. They compare their experience to seeing the "Taliban", console each other and remark without hesitation or sense of irony that conservatives are the ones projecting as they follow chapter an verse Alinsky's rules for radicals.
The Washington Post runs headline stories about how dangerous flag-waving rightists are terrorizing the hearts of their well-conditioned readers. Clearly, showing support of the President, in public no less, is an offense only barely diminished from the Taliban rolling into town to summarily execute Christians and apostates. Yes, peaceful Trump supporters are the real fundamentalist threat to American peace, according to the media and their brain-inactive, barely literate readership. Clearly, a parade of cars moving on the road is exactly the same, worse even, than all those riots and protests where leftists blocked and even shut down highways and roads for weeks, dragging people out of their cars and beating them, and shooting at cars who attempt to move past. Trump supporters are driving on the road, and this proves that "accusations" of leftists stopping traffic was just a right-wing conspiracy to project their own dastardly plots!
The delusion and brainwashing of Redditors is reaching North Korea levels of mass delusion and psychological programming. This is what happens when you have a plurality of media coming together to brainwash the public. What we mistakenly call "Western" media has figured out how to cut out the middle man in authoritarian regimes and remove the role of dictator as a government official. You can't overthrow someone you can't see.
It got so bad before because Trump didn't want to call in the military and blow this election, and the leftist local governments were trying to play chicken with him.
After he wins, He has absolutely no reason not to pull that trigger and give the commies the fight they are asking for, but haven't realized they don't really want.
He had to declare it an insurrection. The democrats self destructing their states was good for Trump. There is a separation of Federal powers and State/Local powers. Breaking that with military acting as "the force" to end all would be a mistake. When companies begin investing again it will be in business friendly states and locales. Inside the United States, it is entirely possible to see prosperity in free states, and Venezuela like failure in Democrat run states. In time the truth will be born out. People will gravitate toward freedom and prosperity, socialist "ideas" will die out a slow horrid death.

Reddit overall may be 40% American according to Alexa, but most Americans could be visiting the site from Google looking for live stream links. We don't know how Americans actually interact with the website relative to other users.
That also means about half of the site is not American, and I would guess politics is dominated by Middle Eastern and Islamic migrants in Europe. Also, America itself is "diverse". I wouldn't be surprised if white men make up less than 10% of the active users on the platform, and most of those being Antifa.
This just makes me so sick, all of those conversations around my dinner table to make sure my kids got it, understood what being an American means. What a privilege it is! Where are these parents???
