I don't live in the district, but I do live in Oregon, so I've been getting bombarded with TV commercials against Skarlatos. These are slick expensive ones with excellent production values (still full of shit, but it was very professionally done). They're being done by generic Democrat House-oriented PAC, best I can recall.
Alek has raised more money than anyone in the history of that race. He has a damn good chance at unseating DeFazio. I live in Oregon and I've met Alek at several events here.
Alek has my vote and I'm convincing other friends & family to vote for him as well! Dipshit DeFazio is old enough to fart dust and needs to get booted out! He's the reason I'm a big believer in term limits for both House & Senate.
Ive met the then SPC Skarlatos when visiting his unit. Good guy, soft spoken but intelligent. This was a few months after the Paris train incident.
Didn't make the connection till someone told me later. He'd be a great MAGA representative, and with DeFazio freaking out I think he has a real shot. .
Oregon 4th district pede here. It's a weird mix of cucks and patriots down here in the 4th because it includes the Southern Coast and Eugene as well which is full of insane leftists but also working class people in Eastern Eugene. Eugene was founded as a logging town but it's dominated more by the protesters that moved there to protest the logging. There's also Josephine county which is the highest rate of weed growers per capita in the nation (get it). Plus Nike and UO.....it's a diverse district.
But almost everyone has heard of the heroics.
He's the only politician who recognizes that Southern Oregon needs something more than black market weed to sustain the economy.
Hey now, there are plenty of us patriots here on the coast, fam. All of my friends voted for Alek and two of them hosted a big fundraiser here when he first announced that he credits with kickstarting his campaign.
Currently working in this district. When you get outside of Eugene, there are Trump signs EVERYWHERE and a good portion of cars on the road are all flying Trump and American flags. It's beautiful!
