Important Note: Only two counties in PA allow for EV. They are a Allegheny (Pittsburgh) and Philadelphia counties. The real Republican turnout will be on election day for every other county.
Keep in mind Penn, Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota have a LOT of white collar democrats who have always voted for the pro-union democrats. 50%+ have been non republican at the Trump rally's in these states.
Not sure about PA, heard Dems were up 1 million in EV and VBM. If True, thats insurmountable.
