I went though my parents yearbook, from roughly the 1960s. They literally were able to have high school clubs for different parties, debates, and there was even a basic ANTIFA group that got a full page in the book about bringing down capitalism. It's really funny how sensitive and adverse to conflict we are now. Like any possibility people get mad we just don't even allow it anymore.

Yup, we had that diversity as well when it came to clubs that highlighted people's talents and special interests.
