If your ballot doesn't arrive by November 3rd, that's YOUR fault and your ballot should not be counted. At this point, everyone has had MONTHS to send in your ballot, knowing this would be a potential issue with mail in voting. I don't understand why there's any legitimate reason why they'd accept ballots after November 3rd aside from fraud.
