There's a TREMENDOUS difference between equality of opportunity and equality of outcome.
We should do our best to ensure that everyone is given as many opportunities as possible to improve their lives and we should do our best to dole out that opportunity fairly and equally. We should NEVER enforce that the outcome be the same.
Humans vary on so many many different qualities it's impossible to equivocate across groups anyway. Even if we imagine it's possible to quantifiably ascertain the relative advantage Group A has over Group B we'd still have to account for the fact that any given member of Group B may also be a member of another group with its own, unique, relationship with both Groups A and B. It's also possible to have different degrees of membership in many of these groups. The SJW types will eventually rediscover the sacredness of the individual of they follow their intersectional delusion to its end.
In the end, the individual is the ultimate minority and the proper level of analysis.
