The entire equality/equity argument is communist bullshit. The greatest lie ever told is that all people are equal. This is patently and demonstrably false. People are diverse. There are smart people, dumb people, industrious people, lazy people, and everything in between. The only way you will ever achieve equality of outcome is through force and oppression, and that force and oppression must be applied to everyone, because no matter how dumb and lazy you are, there is always someone dumber and lazier.
There are many different kinds of smart, too - body, art or music smart or even genius just doesn't always translate to financial success. Logic, word smart are good for typical public school success, but also don't translate always to financial success. Any of these might be genius, too, but still won't necessarily be financially successful. Any of these may be less smart but WISE and STILL won't always be financially successful. Forcing any outcome automatically makes things a less-than-zero-sum-game, and invokes slavery as they would have to seize production from unwilling individuals.
