If you see piles of bricks in random places, perhaps places convenient to peaceful protestors to throw through windows, that are not obviously part of a construction project, REPORT IT TO LOCAL POLICE. And if you see them being place, try to get a licence tag. Most probably and out-of-state tag

I redid my tool shed with free bricks from this summer. Even had enough left over to make a new fire pit.
