This is his attempt at a last hurrah and he has no clue what he's actually doing as his handlers are pushing him to sign his will off to them so they can control the family that is America after he passes.
Yeah but it seems like a lot of the folks who vote Biden are either not paying attention to what's going on whatsoever or they dislike Trump's personality to different degrees (TDS being the most extreme). Like they'll just look at the policies in a vacuum and go from there, completely ignoring the bigger picture.
