In a small New Jersey election in a midterm year a judge ruled that the republican party had broken the law by attempting to remove voters from the rolls who's mail was returned as undeliverable. In other words if they no longer lived at the address they were registered to vote at. Anyway, a judge ruled that this was illegal and banned the party from having poll watchers. Liberal activist judges extended this order untill 2018 post election. This will be the first election in 38 years where the RNC can fight that shit. I voted Saturday in turbo blu CA and rnc poll watchers were there.
The AG in PA just basically telegraphed that too albeit that may come back to haunt him. I'm praying this election does not hinge on a SCOTUS decision for PA. If Pennsylvanians show up and vote red in overwhelming fashion, then, we may not have to worry about it.
There's also the off chance we shock them and gain in the electorate elsewhere. It seems like there's some serious grass root support in places like CA but if the campaign felt it was in play I would think they would've planned a rally or two there
