Its also confusing due to "bail" and "bond" being interchangeable. Yes, the full 2 mill will need to be paid to get him out. Some states allow for 10%. But if a bondsman is willing to back the bail, then it would be the normal 10% to them. But I could be wrong too.
That's what I would think, but you'd also have to find bondsman willing to do so. With all the politics involved I wouldn't be surprised if most refuse.
Damn... WTF... they just Shit out random dollar amount n expect normal peeps able to pay that?! Even if it was 10% up front who got that kinda dough just chilling collecting dust?!? <3 MAGA2020
Damn.... how much of that ya need to post?!?!?... Prayers for wonderful Kenosha Kyle! <3 MAGA2020
Normally 10% for bond
the full $2M is required for this case. They did not allow 10% surety.

The full 2 mill is paid to get him out, but a bail bondsman will normally only charge 10% of that and pay the other 90%.
I am not sure that is how it works. Either they have a bail or its denied. Its not the courts who are doing the bond, that is bond company.
I'm not sure how it all works over there in Wisconsin, but here's some more info if it helps clear some stuff up. https://wcca.wicourts.gov/caseDetail.html?caseNo=2020CF000983&countyNo=30&index=0&mode=details
Also, I believe this is where at least some of the bail laws are at, but most of it's greek to me. https://docs.legis.wisconsin.gov/statutes/statutes/969
