Yeah, well, Michigan's Supreme Court ruled against our crazy Governor Whitmer and her commandments, last month, and it hasn't stopped her one bit.

The law is a strange and lofty mistress. In what world is a “permanent injunction against further unconstitutional orders” a victory?

Nothing changed. No punishment for Newsom. He wasn’t allowed to go beyond the constitution before (by definition) and he isn’t allowed to now.

P.S. he still will.

Good . Now just need to make mandatory that any police officers who obey these rules will also lose their jobs .. GIve the police force the right to deny orders easier and this shit wont happen.

So what happens? Are all of Newsom's edicts null & void ? We need to know if we can take our marks off in public & can schedule Thanksgiving & Christmas.

I hope this means that when the Democrats keep counting votes after the election that a Federal judge can rely upon the state's court ruling to invalidate any further late counts.

Perhaps folks will start finally hitting the state with lawsuits and bankrupt this already broke and corrupt "government" that illegally usurped power.
