Case wasn't lost. Ballots will be separated and litigated after the election.

They will lose this case at the supreme court. They broke the law by taking ballots this way. Just need a higher court to rule.

I agree; TEXAS IS RED!

I'm not sure about other Texas counties. In Collin County, voters can go to any of the polling stations during early voting. On election day, voters are required to go to their designated polling place. As such, I would expect all of the drive-through polling stations to be closed on election day since none of them would be the designated polling stations. But, things may be run different in other counties.

How is that weak to base a case on the law?

In Texas. I've heard more about this here than anywhere...

Media, including right wing spent the time talking about the bus incident.

Berry about to talk about it I think.

Voter fraud is a policy issue not a legal issue. Abbott has done more than his share to reduce fraud already. No judge will base a decision on combating fraud.

It’s not like the average pede can do much about it. We need to oust the Liberal activist judges though. Harris County is infested from top to bottom with the vampires.

They are fighting a procedure case with out any proof of fraud. No time to worry yet. It doesn't seem that egregious to me.

Been saying they are going to steal Tx via Houston. Will not be surprised at all if it happens.
