California flipping red would be seismic. I'm not holding my breath, but I'm not saying it's impossible either. If people directed their ire at Newsom's lockdown shenanigans towards his party, there could be a big surprise waiting tomorrow...

Not holding my breath, either, but I do wonder how many BernieBros and Berniebroads are gonna write Bernie in...

I personally think CA will go blue, because it's a winner take all state for the electoral college, all they need is a majority, but it's gonna be at far lower numbers than expected - certainly not Hillary's margin. Biden and Harris have done VERY little campaigning here, and there's the Bernie factor. And, the numbers of libs fleeing the state will also factor in. I think they'll see the lowest margin for the state in recent memory, and it's going to cause more unrest in the rank and file. The entertainment industry is not happy with the lockdown persisting, from what I'm seeing, and they're a massive dem voting block in the state.

It's going to be a very interesting race tomorrow, for sure. Texas, CA, NY - we may see a lot of the DNC base significantly eroded.

My gut feeling is NY and CA will stay blue but see a pretty large purpling. But I still hold out hope.

Same. I want to believe, but tempering my expectations. We may gain some ground though.

If we have a tidal wave across the board, it can be the start of a generation of conservative control, from the statehouse to the white house. If Biden's corruption has anything actually done about it, and his shitpile son, then we could see 40 years of conservative rule, as that story could rip the entire DNC and press apart. Which is why they're all risking jail or worse, covering it up. Propped up by a right leaning Supreme Court, it could get very spicy.

What I really want to see is the Pedocrat party splintering, and the establishment wing of the Republicans dying. From the ashes we might see a new party emerge that offers principled opposition instead of trying to drag us into communism. I want healthy debate in this country, but the only way to get there is to drive a stake through Marx and his poisonous fruits.

Ok, all say it. It’s impossible. We need to move to something more realistic. Downvote all you want but it won’t change CA.

It is impossible. People shouldn't underestimate how much libs in CA, NY, MA, etc. hate Trump. That's why I still expect Biden to win the popular vote.

These are the same people that I watch get in fist fights in line at the grocery store because someone got too close and they're scared of muh 'rona. This will be a low Dem turnout in CA cities. It's not much of a chance, but it's the first chance in my life.

2016 was 61.7% to 31.6% for Hillary. But that's was still 4.48m Trump voters. California in 2016 had more Trump voters than the total populations of Wyoming, Vermont, Alaska, and the Dakotas combined.

And that was with "omg first female president!" Hillary and a completely unproven newcomer Trump. The people who hate Trump now were the same people who hated him then, but the people who loved Hillary are not excited about Biden beyond "orange man bad." The Republicans who stayed at home in 2016 because Trump seemed like a gimmick candidate will turn out.

I still doubt California will flip but I think it will contribute more to Trump's national popular vote than people are expecting.

LOL. I'm with Trump. I treat the word impossible as nothing more than motivation. As he's proven time and time again, things that everyone says are impossible really aren't. Things are impossible as long as you imagine that they are. Why buy the psy op designed to keep you demoralized and hopeless?
