To me this reads as a joke. The killing a baby is like dark humor where it's horrible and she's acknowledging it's murdering a baby instead of a parasite or clump of cells. I read this as a joke by someone whos actually against abortion. Looked at her twitter to see if I could confirm if it's a lefty and their bio says they're a comedian. The profile is private though so that's suspect. I still lean towards a joke by someone who's not necessary pro abortion.
