One of their big loopholes is nursing homes ("disabilities"). Oh look at all these votes we harvested from nursing homes! Any pedes in PA who have relatives in nursing homes ought to check with their loved ones in the morning to see if they've voted, and if they did authorize anybody to take their ballot to a drop box.

Express written consent needs to be given to have someone else drop off the ballot. Check with your loved ones in the morning. If there is any question of shenanigans, EXTRACT them from the nursing home, bring them to a polling place in person so they can VOTE!
