That’s based on who came out to vote in the primaries. His numbers have been unchanged since March. He admits as much. It doesn’t take COVID, the debates, the economy or anything into account since March. I don’t trust it.
Imho the things you listed increase the likelihood that his model is accurate. The totalitarian cruelty of Democrat Governors in response to covid 1984 coupled with the unhinged violence of BLM Inc. and Antifa that's been enabled by these Governors will fuel #FuckYou #RevengeVoting by people who wouldn't have considered voting for Trump or Republicans back in March.
